RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with any item that you purchased in store or wish to exchange it, you may return it only under the following conditions, which are strictly observed:

• Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Returns made after 15 days but before 30 days are entitled to a store credit.
• Items must be without any signs of wear and in pristine condition.
• Return item(s) are in their original packaging including all paperwork, certificates, receipts, and tags intact.
• All special order sales and sale items are final sale, including any alterations, and/or modifications requested by the customer.

Begin the return process by entering the order number (found in the Transaction Success email) and email used to place the order.
